At the check in desk, each person will be screened for symptoms. Anyone with covid symptoms must leave the event.
This policy will apply to members, guests, volunteers, hosts, performers, and presenters without exception.

Covid Screening (at event check in):
I am fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for at least 2 weeks. Security has checked my vaccination card.
I have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 or had a positive COVID test within the last 10 days.
In the last 48 hours, I have not had any of symptoms that are new or not explained by another condition, including: Fever (100.4°F/38°C or greater), chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, headache, feeling unusually weak or fatigued, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, runny or congested nose, muscle or body aches.
I understand that mask use is strongly recommended, especially indoors.
I understand that, despite all mitigation efforts, exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit
